After a longsickness, Mrs. Abbie L. Bennett, wife of Edward T. Bennett, died at her home at Belford at four o'clock this morning. She was 56 years of age. She is survived by her mother, Mrs. William T. Palmer of Belford. She leaves two sons, Edward E. Judson Bennett of Belford. She is also survived by a brother and a sister, Willard N. Palmer of New Monmouth and Mrs. Edward McNally of Long Island. Mrs. Bennett was a memebr of the Belford Methodist church and was very active in church work until her health failed. Her father died a number of years ago.
