NICHOLASVILLE - Martha
Anderson, 89, of Willow Drive, died Tuesday at Central
Baptist Hospital in Lexington. Born April 25, 1915, in New
York, she was the daughter of the late August and Amelia
Gertz Alet. She was the widow of Ralph C. Anderson Sr. She
was a member of Lighthouse Baptist Church and former
owner of Daniel Boone's Cave Restaurant. Survivors include
a son, Ralph C. Anderson Jr. of Casey County; a daughter,
Sheree Dennis of Lexington; and three grandchildren.
Services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Lighthouse Baptist
Church by Dan Barnes and Ed Schwarz. Burial will be in
Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Visitation is 5-8 p.m. today
at Betts & West Funeral Home. Memorials may go to the
Lighthouse Baptist Church Building Fund.
