Also surviving are three sons: Jeff, Travis and Kenny, III; a daughter, Nikki Jacks, Lima; a stepson, Chad Johnson; two sisters: Patricia (Bernard) Burkholder, Lima and Judy, Detroit, MI; and three grandson: Logan, Lane and Camden Jacks.
Deceased are two sons: Todd and Scott; a brother, Gary; and two sisters: Viola May and Shirley Wellbaum.
He had been a Tow Truck Driver for Ford Motor Co. and was a member of the Lima Moose and Elks. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and was a craftsman at making and sharpening custom knives.
