Funeral services for Camilla and Ray Bartholomew are scheduled for 4 p.m. Saturday, July 15, 2006 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home with Bro. George Beal officiating. Burial will follow in Lewis Cemetery. Camilla and Ray Bartholomew, who were married for 53 years, died early Thursday in Lexington from injuries received in a car accident.
Mrs. Bartholomew was an employee of the Lexington Manor Nursing Home.
She was preceded in death by her parents, O.H. "Pie" and Crula Alexander Beal; sons, Stan, Dennis and Terry Bartholomew; sister, Perry Dunavan; and brothers, Robert and Joe Beal.
Survivors include two daughters, Pam Helms and Debbie Acevedo, both of Lexington; brother, George Beal of Beech Bluff; sisters, Joan Britt and Barbara Banks of Huron, and Virginia Blankenship of Beech Bluff; eleven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
