MAYYFIELD, Ky, July 6 (Special)-- Mrs. Eva Lowe Whittemore, wife of Guy Whittemore, 223 N. 7th St., died yesterday at Fuller-Gilliam Hospital, after a long illness.
A lifelong resident of Graves County, she was born and grew up in the Lowes community.
Surviving are her mother, Mrs. Jim R. Lowe of Lowes; her husband, Guy Whittemore; a daughter, Mrs. Melvin E. Gayer of St Louis; a son, Bill Whittemore of West Viola; a sister, Mrs. M. O. DeJarnatt of Paducah; and two brothers, John W. Lowe and Roy M. Lowe, both of Lowes.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at Bynn Funeral Home In Mayfleld, the Rev. John B. Hardeman officiating. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery. Friends may call at Byrn Funeral Home.
Pallbearers. will be C. M. Rhodes, Everett Young, Herbert Wurth, Berol Rogers, Jett Allen and Orlando Elliott.
