MARY LOUISE BASSING

Mary Louise Bassing, age 84, died Friday, May 4, 2012 at Hidden Lake Care Center, Raytown, Mo. She was born April 15, 1928 in Kansas City, Mo. the daughter of Charles and Letha Jones. She was preceded in death by her Husband of 44 years, George H. Bassing. She is survived by her five children, Linda (Dale) Holden, Marcia (Dana) Collins, Jim Bassing, Laurie (Alan) Wilkins, Gary Bassing. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, 14 great- grandchildren, her brother Fr. Charles Jones and her sister Joyce Glynn VanWert. Visitation will be Monday May 7, 10:30 am, followed by the Funeral Mass at 11:30 am at Coronation of our Lady Catholic Church, Grandview, Mo. Burial Mt. Olivet cemetery, Raytown, Mo. Contributions to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (Arr. Newcomer's Longview Funeral Home, 12700 S. Raytown Rd. Kansas City, Mo. 816-761-6272)
