Chumei Goya of Honomu, Hawaii, also known as Chumei Shiroma, a retired dairy farmer, died Saturday in Hilo Hospital.
Goya, 82, was born in Ewa. He is survived by wife Kikuye S.; sons Stanley, Masahiro, Raymond, Harold and Ted; daughters Ethel Kofoed, Florence Uyehara and Elaine Higgins; stepmother Usa; half ; brothers Suso, Suko, Sujin and Suzen Nishihara; sister Doris Oshiro; half sister Hisayo Mehegan; 17 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Services: 6 p.m. tomorrow at Dodo Mortuary.
