Margie Freeman Allen Boyd, 72, died Nov. 10. She was a native of Screven County and lived in Bulloch County most of her life. She worked at Franklin's Restaurant until she retired. She was a Baptist.
SURVIVORS: her husband, Jimmie Boyd of Statesboro; four daughters, Judy Allen Green of Austin, Texas, and Bonnie Allen Dean, Valerie Allen Pope and Tami Allen Beasley, all of Statesboro; a son, 0. Kip Allen of Chesapeake, Va.; two stepsons, John 0. Boyd and Jimmie L. Boyd Jr., both of Statesboro; four sisters, Mildred F. Allen and Lillian F. Scheel, both of Statesboro, Newell F. Goff of Madison and Martha F. Barnhill of Olympia, Wash.; 20 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
