Evelyn Adams, 95, of Palestine, IL died May 2, 2012 in Crawford County Convalescent Center in Robinson.
She was born Oct. 16, 1916 near Palestine, the daughter of Everett and Eunice Reinbold Adams.
Evelyn was a member of Greenhill Methodist Church and later transferred to the Palestine Wesleyan Church where she took an active part.
She was preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her sister, Eileen Snyder, a niece and several cousins.
Funeral services were held at Goodwine Funeral Home with buril in Palestine Cemetery.
