DEATH OF THOMAS HIBBEN. It is our sad duty this week, to record the death of our fellow citizen THOMAS HIBBEN, who died at his residence in this place on last Sunday afternoon, aged 74 years. Mr. HIBBEN was one of the earliest settlers, and first inhabitants in Wilmington, having located here in 1818, forty-nine years ago.
