Eliza A Mauzy was second wife of Abram Gooding Mauzy. She was Elizabeth "Eliza" Allen Hibben b in Clinton Co., Ohio dau of Thomas Hibben 1793/1867 and wife Ruth Gaddis 1793/1845. Eliza eloped with Wraith B. Jones Dec 25, 1850 Cinn., Ohio. (don't know what happened to him, I haven't found him after his enlistment July 31, 1861 in the Civil War..). Eliza married Abram Gooding Mauzy Dec 31, 1874.

Eliza moved to Rushville where her two older half-brothers, James Samuel Hibben and George Hibben were established merchants. At one time James was a business partner of Abram Mauzy. Both James and George Hibben are also intered in East Hill Cemetery.
