George W. Pease, aged fifty-eight years, died at his home in Plato Center at 6 o'clock this morning, following a long illness.
He was born June 28, 1865, at Plato township, and had since made his home there. Surviving him are his wife, Clara; a son, Maynard; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William A. Pease of Plato Center; a brother, Frank of St. Charles; two sisters, Mrs. William Kadow of Plato Center, and Mrs. Alice Nickels of Sedalia, Mo.
Funeral services will be held from the late home Wednesday at 1 o'clock and at 2 o'clock from the Plato Center church. Burial will be at the Plato Center cemetery.
