Ray V, Crankshaw, age 86, of 317 Russell St., Allegan, passed away Monday, November 15, 1976 at Allegan General Hospital. Ray Crankshaw was born in Rich Township of Lapeer County on January 9, 1890. His parents were Hazell and Catherine Crankshaw. He leaves two daughters, Mrs, Anna Rininger, where he made his home, and Mrs, Arthur (Iva) Reed of Allegan; a son Carl Crankshaw of Clinton; a stepson, Robert Cody of Camp Hill, Pa.; 14 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and a great great granddaughter; a brother, Dr, D.W. Crankshaw of Lake Placid, Fla. and a sister, Mrs, Charles (Zetta) Witkovsky of Caro. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m., Thursday, Nov 18 at the Blackmore and Tubb Chapel Rev. Thomas Knight will officiate and burial will be at Watertown Cemetery.
