Funeral services were held
from the Blackmore & Tubbs
Chapel 2:00 p. m, Saturday, April
10 for Harvey Crahkshaw,79,
who passed away Tuesday, April
6 at the Lapeer County General
Hospital. He was ill about a week.
Rev. Wallace Duncan officiated
and burial was in Watertown Cemetery.
Mr. Crankshaw was born on
June 5, 1885 in Rich Township,
the son of Hazael and Catherine
Crankshaw. He married Jennette
Johnson March 31, 1910 in Caro.
His occupation was that of a farmer.
Surviving him besides his wife
are six daughters, Mrs. Harry
(Iris) Wing, Fostoria; Mrs. Harry
(Lorna) Kukes, Brown City; Mrs.
William (Vera) Cunningham, .
Imlay City; Mrs. Wayne (Marie),
Gardner, Wayne, Mich.; Mrs,
Robert (Berneice) Bader, Mayville
Mrs. Guy (Rosalyne) Kennedy,
Garden City; one son, Mr. Clinton
Crankshaw, Englishtown, New
Jersey; one sister, Mrs. Charles
Witkovski, Caro; four brothers,
Harry, Bay City; Daune, Lake
Placid, Florida; Ray, Allegan;
Clark, Lawrence, Mich,; twenty
grandchildren.
