Mrs. Inga Scott, a sister of Mrs. Mel Cummings, passed away at Dr. Campbell's hospital, where she had been a patient for about a week. Her home is at Togo, about 40 miles north of Hibbing where she had been living with her brother, Andrew Rosten. Mrs. Scott had lived for years at Sioux City, Iowa. Her husband was a railroad conductor on the run from Sioux City to Watertown, S.D. He died three years ago. He had invested rather heavily in lands near Togo, an inland place north of Hibbing. Mrs. Scott decided to go to the land and live there and personally direct the cutting and marketing of considerable lumber. Last spring she had the flu and inadvisedly made a trip back to Sioux City before she had completely recovered. She had a relapse and never recovered. Her heart was affected. She was 60 years of age.
