She was born Dec. 19, 1978, in Scottsboro, Ala., and came to Manatee County 18 years ago from there. She was a marketing manager for Straight Inspection in Bradenton. She was a Baptist.
Survivors include her husband, Scott Straight; her parents, Bob and Robin Woolman of Bradenton; a son, Devon Straight of Bradenton; sisters Kim Williamson and Laurie Woolman, both of Port Huron, Mich.; brothers Joshua Davis and Jeremy Bearden, both of Bradenton; and her maternal grandparents, Rodney and Addie Atkins of Scottsboro.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Griffith-Cline Funeral Home, Manatee Avenue Chapel. The service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Mansion Memorial Park in Ellenton. Published in Herald Tribune on March 14, 2002
