This memorial is under review as a possible duplicate. It was made with incorrect birth date and names. It has no pictures, no linkage, no stone picture. She was not born in Missouri, she was not born in 1877. The only date correct is the death date. She was my father, Bobby Wayne Capps' maternal grandmother. I have family records with the correct information. In my opinion, THIS memorial should be merged into the one with the multitude of correct information.∼Rosa Elizabeth Van Horn was born on April 27, 1878 in Arkansas to Thomas James Van Horn and Cassie Patterson Van Horn(some records lists her mother's name as being Carrie Bowman).
