See advertisement in today’s paper, of Mrs. Amanda Kutch, Seamstress. We are creditably informed that Mrs. Kutch is a lady of excellent character, known to many of our best citizens, and that, in her laudable avocation, she brings to her support, not only machine and needles, but skill and experience. Give her, as she eminently deserves, a liberal patronage.

According to "An Early History of John Kutch", David and Caroline Wright had 13 children: John, James, Alfred, Levi, Jane, Elizabeth, Euin (sic), Jacob, Nancy, Clarinda, David D. and two infants, deceased.

Marriage record for Nelson Kutch on Oct. 16, 1907 lists his parents as John and Elizabeth (Cain) Kutch. Nelson was 81 and married Anna Newman age 32.

April 2012 > It is my understanding that the Kutch family are buried on the old Kutch Family Farm. The family living on the farm in the 90's told me a concerned party had taken the tombstones that were just leaning against the barn wall. It seem the tombstones were moved to the corner of the barn due to the cemetery location was in the area where the "prior landowners" were planting crops.

I have also been told that the tombstones were moved to Cloverhill.

April 2012 > RabbitTrack located the tombstones at Cloverhill Cemetery.
