Mrs. R. W. (Eva) Pettit, 87, of Sun City, Ariz., died Thursday. Born in Oregon, she moved to Junction City about 1900. She married O. E. Acker in Junction City. He died in 1946.
In 1966, she married R. W. Pettit in Junction City. He died about three years ago. She had moved to Sun City about 15 years ago.
Survivors include one daughter, Eleanor Acker Porter of Deltona, Fla.; one stepdaughter, Winabeth Gfeller of Sun City West, Ariz.; one sister, Ruth Schmedemann of Junction City.
