Mr. Charlie James "Mock" Byrd, 89, of Sand Hill, who passed away August 25, 2011 at the Greene Rural Health Center.
Mr. Byrd is survived by his sons, James Rodney Byrd, Charles Ikey Byrd and Wade Jeffrey Byrd, all of Sand Hill; sister, Sue Williams; and brother, Norris "Hub" Byrd both of Neely; 6 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Sammie Wade Byrd; and parents, Charlie Byrd and Bessie Roberts Byrd.
