SPRINGPORT---Services for Adam McWhorter, 17, RR1, will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Parson Mortuary-Adams Chapel with Rev. Paul Vise officiating. Burial will be in Tomlinson Cemetary.
Calling hours at the mortuary will be 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday.
He died Thursday as a result of a shotgun wound to the chest.
Cause of death: Exsanguination, (homicide) GSW to chest.
I recall this incident, and believe it was an accidental shooting.
