Catherine's mother, Margaret Crontz married Andrew Jackson Clingaman after her first husband (William Johnson) died. Margaret died when Catherine was about two. Andrew Jackson remarried and went to the Civil War in 1865.
Catherine moved to Dutton, Kent, MI possibly because her Uncle lived there. She married David O Hutchinson and they had nine children.
Catherine's death certificate reads she died 19 Nov 1923 and buried 22 Nov 1923.
