In Tulare he operated a dairy, went into the trucking business, operated the Molles Market with his wife, and in 1955 opened a Tulare tavern. He retired in 1966.
He is survived by his widow Lena Molles, Tulare; a son Ed Molles Jr., Tulare; two daughters, Mrs. Irene Haynes, Santa Maria; and Mrs. Joe (Loretta) Macedo, Tulare; A brother John Molles, Keys, Calif..; two sisters Mrs. Frank (Erma) Ramos, Modesto; and Mrs. Fernando (Candinha) Tiguiero, Ceres, Calif.; and four grandchildren; Elaine (Rocha) Delkener, Keith Haynes, Karen Macedo and Johnny Molles.
Recitation of the Rosary will be Monday at 8 p.m. in Millers Tulare Funeral Home. Requiem Mass will be celebrated Tuesday at 10 a.m. at St. Alyosius Catholic Church, Tulare. Burial will be in the Tulare District Cemetery. A family Mass will be celebrated Wednesday at 9 a.m. at St. Aloysius Catholic Church.
