Elsie Hogg Watts, 85, of Cumberland, passed away Thursday, March 20, 2008, at Wellmont Lonesome Pine Hospital
following a long illness. Elsie was a native of Harlan County and had lived in Cumberland most of her life. She was a retired nurses aide and a member of Lynch Church of God. She was preceded in death by her parents, Berry and Flora Morris Howard; her first husband, Woodrow Hogg; her second husband, George Watts; a granddaughter, Stacey Nichole Boggs; two brothers: Shelby Howard and Willard Howard. Survivors include seven children: Yvonne Boggs Deal, of Cumberland; Randall Hogg, of Cumberland; Tommy Hogg, of Harrodsburg; Michael Hogg, of Benham; Larry Hogg, of Dayhoit; Gary Hogg, of Paducah; and Darlene Hall, of Cumberland; two brothers: Don Howard, of Benham; and Harold Howard; four sisters, Evelyn Lawson, of Indianapolis, IN; Emma Lou Ison, of Corbin; Margaret Collins and Marlene Boggs, both of Cumberland; 14 grandchildren; and 37 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, March 21, 2008 at Tri-City Funeral Home in Benham. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 22, 2008 in the Chapel of Tri- City Funeral Home with Rev. William Boyd Bingham III officiating. Interment will follow in Morris Cemetery at Hiram. Sons and grandsons will serve as pallbearers.

arrangements.
