He was a retired mail carrier with the Ashtabula Post Office & had lived in Winterhaven since 1972. He was a member of the First Christian Church & National Assn of Retired Federal Employees.
Survived by his widow: Gertrude-Winterhaven; a son-DrHarmonO Tidd-Ashtabula; 2 daus: Eugena (sp-Ben) Grimes-Winterhaven & Doris Swanson-Auburndale; 3 sis: Thressa Bartlett-StPetersburg FL; Dorothy Tanner-Heward CAN Mildred Johnson-DeRidder LA; 2 bros: JamesW Tidd-Youngstown; Howard Tidd-Salem SC; 14 grandchildren & 9 gr grandchildren. Memorials may be made to the memorial fund of the first Christian Church in MrTidd's memory.
Service will be held tonight at Kersey Funeral Home-Auburndale FL. Graveside service will be held Wednesday afternoon [12-3] at Williams-field Center Cemetery. Rev Robert Kleesattel-Pastor of First Christian Church will officiate.
