Grey Roger Mills alson known to family as Guy Kirby Mills, was the son of Elmer Lonnie Mills & Biddie Ruth Turbyfill.
Family story as told by his sister Celestine Mills-Waldron, the family had always referred to Guy as Guy Kirby and even his Mother believed that was the name on his Birth Certificate. It wasn't until he enlisted into the military that the family learned his Birth Certificate indicated that his name was 'Grey Roger Mills'. The family continued/s to refer to him as Guy or Guy Kirby to the present day when referring to him.
He was married to Yvonne Walden and was the father of 4 children - Wanda Jo, James Donald, Prenthia Diane & Lisa.
He served in the US Air Force from 1950 - 1953.
He loved living in the 'hills' of Tennessee.
