Mrs. Carrie Gracier, divorced wife of Seth B. Gracier, bullion broker, died today at her home, 1700 Sanchez avenue, Burlingame.
She is survived by two sons, Alfred B. and Charles W. Gracier, residing with their father in San Francisco. Her mother, Mrs. J. Natchke of Santa Cruz, also survives. Mrs. Gracier was divorced from her husband two months ago.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 o'clock from George W. Sneider & Co. chapel, San Mateo, with the Rev. George Brown officiating. Internment will be at Cypress Lawn Cemetery.

Seth B. Gracier, 79, a charter member of San Mateo lodge No. 1112 of Elks, died Sunday at Bass Lake. Acting on the request of the San Mateo lodge, Fresno lodge No. 439 of Elks will conduct final rites Wednesday morning at 11 o'clock from Mission mortuary, Fresno.
Gracier, a native of San Francisco, moved to San Mateo in 1902. He continued operating a bullion brokerage on Commercial Street, San Francisco, for a number of years. About 20 years ago he moved to Bass Lake, where he engaged in real estate.
The passing of Gracier leaves but seven living members of the charter application group of the local lodge.
In addition to the Elks lodge, he was a member of the San Mateo Masonic lodge, Islam Temple of the Shrine and other Masonic organizations.
Surviving Gracier are his wife, Mrs. Nettie Lee Gracier of Bass Lake; two sons, Albert, of San Mateo, and Charles, of Boulder, Colo.; a sister, Mrs. Ruby Robb of San Francisco; three grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Internment will follow Wednesday's rites.
