He was born in Wake County, the son of the late Frankie Marie Ellington Alford & Grover Lewis Alford, Jr. Lee was a member of Glen Royal Baptist Church; was an avid Wolf Pack fan and enjoyed fishing & spending time at the coast on summer beach trips with his family. He was a loving father, brother and uncle and will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.
Funeral services were held at 11 o'clock, Tuesday morning, March 27, 2012 at Glen Royal Baptist Church with the Rev. Robert Faile officiating. Burial was in Pine Forest Memorial Gardens.
