WOMAN HURT IN FALL
Mrs. Cornelia Chesebro, who makes her home with her daughter, Mrs. Otto DeVoss, slipped on the bathroom floor on Thursday afternoon and fell, fracturing her left hip. The fracture is a serious one due to her advanced age. She is reported to be resting comfortably .

Rebekah Lodge to Give Commitment Service at Cemetery

Chilton --The funeral of Mrs. Cornelia Chesebro, who died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Lora DeVoss Tuesday evening, will be held at 1 o'clock Friday afternoon from the home at which time a short service will be given by the Rev. Vernon Lane of St. Boniface Episcopal church. A 2 o'clock a service will be held In Trinity Presbyterian church, to be conducted by the Rev. Luther Harwood. Burial will be in Hillside cemetery.
The committment service of Rebekah lodge will be given at the grave.
Deceased, Cornelia Handson was born Dec. 18, 1840 in Utica. On April 18, 1855, she was united in marriage with Frank Chesebro and the following year came to Calumet county. Two daughters were born to this union, Mrs. Otto DeVoss and Alice Chesebro, wife of Grove Chesebro, who died May 3, 1882.
