Mrs. Karl Schwiethale
Sylvia - Mrs. Katherine Schwiethale, 87, died Wednesday at Hutchinson after a long illness. Born Sept. 4, 1885, at Claflin, she was married to Karl Schwiethale in February of 1932, at Ellinwood. She lived in the Peace Creek Community 41 years.
Survivors include . . . ; brothers: John and Will Soeken, Holyrood; sisters; Mrs. Charles [Lenora] Heitschmidt, Holyrood; Mrs. Emil [Sophia] Kruckenburg, Great Bend; Mrs. Magdalene Lind, San Diego, Calif.; three grandchildren; 10 step grandchildren; 14 step great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at the Peacock-Milton Funeral Home, Stafford; Brother Otis Webb officiating. Burial will be 2 p.m. Monday in Wyuka Cemetery, Nebraska City, Neb. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 9:30 pm. Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the funeral home. The family suggests memorials to the Church of Christ, Sylvia.
