ARP - Graveside services for Harold Allen, 77, Arp, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday at Mason Cemetery, Arp, with the Rev. Dr. Ronald
E. Klingsick officiating. Arrangements under direction of Burrows Overton Funeral Home.

Mr. Allen died Dec. 5, 2007, in Arp.

He was born Dec. 26, 1930, in Arp to the late Emory Joseph and Lillian Weathington Allen. He graduated from Arp High School and served in the Air Force. He retired as a welder and field foreman in 2003 from SW Tank Co. in Henderson.

Survivors include children, Teresa Allen Acord, Arp, Kirby Eugene Allen, Red Oak, and Kellie Allen Davis, Danbury, Wis.; siblings, Glenise Blankenship and Willie Frank Allen, both of Arp, Jimmy Clyde Allen and Billy Wayne Allen; and seven grandchildren.

Family will receive friends 4-6 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
