(Stephanie) Andrews, Thomas C. (Lori) Andrews and Kimberly Andrews (Rob) Kline; beloved grandfather of 17 and great-grandfather of 13; dear brother of Audrey Wilhite and Robert Andrews. Chuck is preceded in death by his son, Michael E. Fulcher, daughter, Kelly Marie Andrews and brothers, Raymond and Gene Andrews. Services: The family is being served by The BAUE Funeral and Memorial Center, 3950 West Clay Street, St. Charles, MO where visitation will be held Sunday, March 25, 2012, 3:00-8:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, March 26, 2012, at Baue Funeral and Memorial Center Chapel. Interment in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
