Born July 11, 1938, in Somerset, he was the son of the late Chester M. Delk Sr. and Beatrice Roy Delk. He was owner of Roy Delk's Body Shop (1968-1989).
Survivors include his wife Martha J. Hesselgrave Delk; four children, Marvin, Dennis, Barry and Randy Delk; two grandchildren, Randy Delk Jr. and Levi Delk; a great-granddaughter, Haley Delk; seven sisters, Rella Miers, Marie Weddle, Elnora Foertsch, Mary Dorsey, Emma Reams, Dora Roy and Linda Baker.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a son Roy H. Delk Jr.; and two brothers, Chester M. Delk Jr. and Parker Delk.
No services are planned.
