Firstborn of David Worth and Elizabeth Thomas. Married 1st Matthias Fyffe 'Ticy' Wagner of Shouns, Tennessee on 1 Jan 1859. Ticy was killed in the civil war on a mission for the Union army in Kentucky (1864?). One daughter Lille Wagner born 1861 of this marriage.

Martitia married 2nd Dr. Joseph Orrin Wilcox of Dresden, NC on 9 Dec 1868. One daughter Mariana Martitia Wilcox born 1870 to this marriage.

Martitia Worth Wilcox probably lost due to complications from this childbirth within six weeks of birth.

Both Lille and Mariana then raised in their grand parents Creston, NC home.
