Mildred F. Keen, 100, of Plymouth MA and former longtime resident of Kittery ME, died on July 23, 2003, at the Newfield House Nursing Home in Plymouth. Born on Jan. 1, 1903, in Wrentham MA, she was the daughter of Aaron B. and Lilla B. (Goodwin) Cole.
Mrs. Keen graduated from the Gorham Normal School in Gorham ME. She taught grade school in Lexington and Pembroke MA. She enjoyed gardening and cooking.
The wife of the late Frank J. Keen, she is survived by her son Richard B. Keen of Pembroke MA, four grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
Burial took place at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Eliot in the Cole family lot.
