Hoitt S. Cole died yesterday at his home. 95 Government Street, Kittery. He was born in Eliot May 19, 1913 the son of the late Judge Aaron B. and Mrs. Lilla Goodwin Cole and had live in Kittery since childhood.

Mr. Cole was graduated from Traip Academy, Kittery and later attended Hebron academy, Hebron Me. He worked at the Portsmouth Navy Yard at one time.

He leave his wife, Mrs. Dorothy Caswell Cole; his mother, Mrs. Lilla G. Cole of Kittery, three brothers Hollis B, also of KIttery, Hosmer L. of Portsmouth and Cpl. Hobart A Cole. USA. three sisters Mrs. Harry E. Roberts and Mrs. Carl Durgin, both of Kittery, and Mrs. Frank Keen of Pembroke, Mass.

The funeral of Hoitt S. Cole was held yesterday afternoon. Ref Frederick Olsen of Kittery conducted services at Buckminster Chapel and committal rites at the family lot in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Eliot.
Bearers were Raymond E. Morrow, James W. Abell, James Blethroade and George E Jones.
