Betsey is the daughter of Sampson and Nancy Palmer Goodwin. Born in Union County, SC, she had 5 siblings to my current knowledge. They are:

Betsey married Zachariah "Rial" Bryant in SC between 1814 and 1817. They had 6 boys and 4 girls to my current knowledge. They are:

John Bryant 1820 – 1850
David Bryant 1822 – 1873
Unknown Female Bryant 1825 – 1831
Giles H. Bryant 1827 – 1914

Betsey and Rial moved to Gibson County, TN between 1820 and 1830. Betsey had her last child, Ellen Jane, born in Nov 1839. Betsey died during or shortly after this child's birth.

It is thought that Elizabeth Goodwin and Elizabeth Floyd are both buried here with Zachariah but stones are broken & missing so verification is not currently possible
