Erie - Mrs. Mary Coudriet, of Erie, a former resident of Karthaus, died in Erie yesterday morning. She was the wife of Herman Coudriet, and had lived in Erie 14 years.
A daughter of Matthew and Mary (Young) Shadeck, she was born in Morrisdale and was 62 years old at the time of her death.
She is survived by the following children: Mrs. Jane Wetzel, Mrs. Levi Teats, Mrs. Harry Mass, Mrs. Alfred Amatangelo, Mrs. Manuel Lanager, Miss Alberta Coudriet, Logan, Clair, and Merrill, all of Erie; Paul, Keewaydin, and Doyle of Detroit.
Twenty-seven grandchildren, on great grandchild and the following brothers also survive: Michael, George, John, Paul and Dick Shadeck all of Karthaus, and Joseph Shadeck of Erie.
The body will be taken to the home of her son, Paul, in Keewaydin Sunday afternoon where friends may call until time of the services on Tuesday, Feb. 14, at 9 a.m. from the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Frenchville. Fr. Carl Lippart will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.
