OBITUARY

Died, Nov. 13, 1887, of consumption, Mrs. HANNAH C. GRAHAM, wife of N. B. Graham, of Wolfe County, Ky., aged 29 years, 10 months and 13 days. She was the daughter of Moses and Rebecca Lacy, of Morgan county; was married July 16, 1887{sic}; became a member of the Methodist Church at an early age, lived an exemplary and devoted Christian to her death, and died in full triumphs of a blessed immortality beyond this world. With imploring solicitation to her benevolent husband and two little children to so live in this world that they when called from time, would be able to meet her in the mansions of bliss, where partings will be no more, she endured her afflictions, though long and severe, with Christian fortitude and resigned herself into the care of Him who said, "I will never forsake thee." While under the parental roof she was always obedient and dutiful to her parents, and a favorite in the family circle, she was an affectionate and loving wife and a tender and indulgent mother. Her husband has lost a tender wife, her children a kind mother, her parents and relatives a tender tie, and society a bright member. Our loss is her eternal gain. M. L.
