Emma G. Gabaldon, age 94, of Southeast Albuquerque, went with the Lord on October 3, 2000.
Emma was a member of the San Jose Church, League of the Sacred Heart, and Legion of Mary Rosary. Emma is survived by two grandchildren, Ernest Nuanes and Emily Martinez, the wife of Jerry Martinez; five great-grandchildren, Melissa, J.J., Jessica Angel, and Shantell; and six great great-grandchildren, whom she loved very much.
She is also survived by one sister, Margie Apodaca, the wife of Mannie; one brother, Toby Griego, the husband of Annie; and lots of nieces and nephews.
Emma was preceded in death by her husband, David Gabaldon; daughter, Melba G. Nuanes; two brothers, Alfred and Arthur Griego; as well as a great-grandchild, Brenda Nuanes and great-great-grandchild, Isaiah Martinez.
