He lived in this community from boyhood to manhood. Four years ago he moved to Pinto, Montana, to make a home.
On the 19th of November, 1902, he was united in marriage to Ada Wilson from west of Ayr. To this union were born three children, Edward Darrel, Helen Grace, Lulu Fern.
He leaves to mourn his loss one daughter, father, mother, three sisters and two brothers. Throughout life he was known by his smile and cheer which he never failed to give. Services were conducted by D. G. Lapp.
