Mattie W. Cobb 82 died Tuesday in Physicians and Surgeons Hospital after a brief illness. She was a native of Columbia County, Ark. and had lived in Shreveport 60 years. Mrs. Cobb was a retired practical nurse and a member of Southside Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents Murphy M. and Neta Cummings Ware. survivors include a daughter, a son, two sisters, seven grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
