FIRST; I want all of my just and honest debts paid in full.
SECOND; My wife Margaret Bray is to have her dower and support in my estate during her lifetime.
My son Richard H. Bray is to have the sum of five dollars for his share of my estate. Also my son John T. Bray is to have the sum of five dollars for his share of my estate. Also my son Albertus Bray is to have the sum of one dollar for his share of my estate. And my daughter Bettie Scott is to have the sum of five dollars for her share of my estate. And my daughter Mollie B. Beard is to have the sum of five dollars for her share of my estate. And my son James M. Bray for the consideration and kind treatment and for taken care of me and my wife Margaret Bray during our lives. I will and bequeath to him James M. Bray and to his children after paying all of my just debts and funeral expenses of me and my wife Margaret Bray all of my personal property and money. Also my real estate consisting of two tracts of land laying in Larue County Kentucky and on the waters of Christies Creek the some constitutes the farm I now live on. I furthermore appoint my son James M. Bray as my Executer Without bond. Given under my hand and seal this 26th day of

At a County Court held for Larue county, at the Court House in Hodgenville, Kentucky, on the 23 day of October, 1911, the foregoing instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Henry Bray, deceased, was produced in open court and offered for probate which, was proven by the oaths of W. M. Despain and Jos. Whitfield, two of the subscribing witnesses there to, who testified that they attested said will at the request of testator in his presence, and also proved the attestation of Dr. J. R. Cowherd the other subscribing witness there to. Where upon the same was established by the Court to be the last will and testament of Henry Bray, deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded and I have duly recorded it, together with this certificate in my office as Clerk of said Court. Given under my hand this 24th day of October 1911. W.A. Robinson Clerk.
