DEATH OCCURS IN WEST WEBER

Margaret Leone Blanch, Former U.S. Employee, Succumbs
WEST WEBER, Sept. 10, Margaret Leone Blanch, 29, died saturday at the family home after a six-month illness.
She was born Dec 18, 1908 in West Weber to Mr. and Mrs. Christian C. Blanch she has lived here all her life with the exception of the past two and one-half years spent in Washington D.C. where she was employed as a secretary in the army industrial college. She had been rated as one of the most efficient of the efficient employees.
Prior to going to Washington, she attended the West Weber school and Smithsonian business college. In the L.D.S. church she served on the North Weber stake Primary board for a number of years, and had been a Mutual worker in charge of Beehive Girls. She was also secretary of the Farmers' union for many years.
She is survived by her mother and the following brothers and sisters, Mrs. Heber C. White, Plain City; Mrs. Peter Winters and Mrs. Leo Johanson, Huntsville; George Blanch, Salt Lake City; Willard Blanch, Lakeside; Ralph Blanch, Plain City; Elmer Blanch, Roy Blanch and Leonard Blanch, West Weber.
Funeral services will be held at two o'clock Tuesday in the West Weber L.D.S. chapel under direction of Bishop George A. Heslop. Friends may call at the residence Monday afternoon and evening and Tuesday until time of services. Interment will be made in West Weber cemetery under direction of Lindquist & Sons.
