Taylor C. Burt, 81, of Mapleton, passed away at home on September 10, 1994, of cancer. As a loving husband, father, and grandfather, he will be greatly missed. He was born April 12, 1913, in Springville, Utah, the son of John and Nellie Crandall Burt. He married Harriett (Bill) Lee on December 28, 1933, in Farmington, Utah. The marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He is survived by his wife of Mapleton, four children: Rodney (Yvonne) Burt of Springville, Kent Burt of Mapleton, Bryan (Lynn) Burt of Westminster, Colorado, Susan (Neil) Sorensen of Palmyra; Eighteen grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; one sister: Nadine (Hank) Bismark. He was preceded in death by one sister, Marjorie and one daughter-in-law, Glenna. Burial was September 13, 1994.
