TAYLORS - Annie Maude Babb, 86, of 120 S. Bates Road, widow of William Dock Babb, died January 26, 1993, at Advocare Rehab Nursing Center.
A native of Greenville County, daughter of the late James and Elizabeth Howard Bowers, she was a homemaker and a member of Faith Temple. Surviving are seven daughters, Elizabeth Moon, Betty Jo Coleman, Cleo Phillips, all of Greenville, Pat Penland of Mauldin, Nancy Penland of
Simpsonville, Sue Dubose of Sumter, and Linda Campbell of Taylors; two sons, James Babb of Fountain Inn and Steve Babb of Taylors; two sisters, Idar Bowers of Inman and Tessie Bowers of Inman; fifteen grandchildren and five
great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 3:00 p.m. at Faith Temple conducted by Dr. James Thompson and Rev. Donnie Henson. Burial will be at the Church cemetery.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons. Honorary escort will be members of her Sunday School Class.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 7 - 9 p.m. at the Wood Mortuary, Greer. Memorials may be made to Faith Temple, 5080 Sandy Flat Road, Taylors, S.C.,
