He is survived by two sisters, Mary A. Rippeon and husband Thomas L., and Betty J. Kasa, all of Frederick; one half-brother, John E. Wilcox Jr. and wife Christina of Frederick; two half-sisters, Shirley R.E. Mullican of Frederick, and Helen M. Fellows and husband Earl W. of West Virginia; two stepdaughters, Nellie L. Raber of Frederick, and Eva M. Price and husband William of Pennsylvania; 14 stepgrandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Marshall M. Eppley and John B. Eppley; one half-brother, Charles A. Wilcox; three half-sisters, Margret E. Wilcox, Sarah M. Wilcox and Lurabell L. Rothenhoefer; and one stepson, David B. Crebbs.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, July 12, at Keeney and Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church St., Frederick.
