Eula Mae Van Fleet, Galesburg Chapel 83, 925 Dayton Drive, Galesburg, died Tuesday, June 07, 2005 in OSF St. Mary Medical Center.
She was born February 7, 1922 in Laura, IL, the daughter of Thomas H. and Lena Roberts Downey. She married William D. Van Fleet on June 7, 1940 in Palmyra, MO. He survives.
Also surviving is a son, Wendell (and Bonnie) Van Fleet, Galesburg, a daughter, Mary Jo Van Fleet, Galesburg, and 2 sisters, Irene McKee and Helen Smallwood, both of Galesburg. She was preceded in death by a brother.
She worked for W.T. Grant Company for 8 years, Brown Lynch Scott for 2 years, and Protexall, Inc. for 15 years. She retired in 1988. She was a member of O.A.K.S. (Older Americans of Knox) and Young's Lake Inc., Kirkwood, IL.

Burial will be in Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens.
