Katheleen Morgan, 82, Mt. Carmel, died Dec. 7, 2005 at Wabash General Hospital. She was born March 14, 1923, in Pike County, Ind., the daughter of Theodore and Bertha (Leighty) McClellan. Mrs. Morgan was a member of the VFW Auxiliary In Anaheim, Calif. She drove a school bus for District 348 for several years. Survivors include three grandchildren; and two sisters, Delilah "Dee" Thompson of Mt. Carmel, and Dixie Neal of Muskogee, Okla. Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Vernie Morgan; son, Larry Chamness; and brother, Marvin McClellan. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 9, in the chapel of Short Funeral Home. Burial will be in Anderson Chapel Cemetery, Petersburg, Ind. Friends may call from 9 a.m. Friday until the hour of service at the funeral home.
