Stella G. Wildasin, of Hanover, entered into Heavenly rest April 3.

Born in Conewago Township (Adams County), she was the daughter of the late Edward F. and Rose J. (Myers) Murren.

Mrs. Wildasin graduated from Central Catholic High School in McSherrystown, Class of 1933. She worked for more than 20 years at Cremer Florist.

She was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church and their Altar Rosary Society, and the Grangville Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary, both in Hanover. She served as a volunteer with the Hanover Area Red Cross, in Hanover Hospital, and in Hanover Hall.

She was the wife of the late Robert W. Wildasin, who departed this life in 1973, and is survived by one daughter, Margaret J. Johnson, Hanover; one stepdaughter, Martha Markle, from York; two sisters, Teresa Ann Murren, McSherrystown and Bertha M. Bowman, Gettysburg; five stepgrandchildren; five stepgreat-grandchildren; eight step great-great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by one stepdaughter, Dorothy Wise; three brothers, William Myers, Francis Murren, and Brother Simon Murren, C.S.C.; three sisters, Carrie Frederick, Elizabeth Murren and Mary Grace Dennis.
